Our vision
All parties involved in the planning and construction of buildings trust their intuitive perception and have the courage to act accordingly.
This "human measure" is the natural and decisive factor in the realisation of projects that lead to sustainable, resource-saving and sensible buildings.

Our services we strive to ...
... take over for you in the future.

Self-governing organizations
Construction projects are becoming increasingly complex, time for implementation and money is short. Skilled workers are scarce and new elements such as digitalisation, lean construction, etc. are finding their way into the construction industry. In these challenging times we believe it is essential to adapt organizational structures to enable more meaningful use of new tools and the available human resources. Our goal is therefore the implementation of construction projects with self-managing organisations. We would like to support such projects during the step-by-step implementation.
If you have already heard of self-managing organisations, are interested in them or even have experience as part of a self-managing company or have been involved in a corresponding project in the construction industry, then please contact us.
If you would like to try something new and have a construction project that you would like to realise with a self-managed organisation, please contact us as well. We will be happy to support you.
Or are you just curious about what self-managing organisations are?

Resource-saving construction
Time is money - but we think:
wasted resources as well.
As we consider the careful handling of people and nature to be most desirable, we are actively committed to pursuing a resource-conserving approach in construction projects. This involves both the use of resource-conserving and sustainable materials as well as an appropriate and sensible planning with corresponding process optimisations and construction sequences. Together we work for the same goal.

Recycling in construction
Recycling of building materials and "life cycle cost" are fortunately becoming more and more of an issue to be considered.
Such topics already have an impact during the (resource-saving) planning: What can later be dismantled separately, be easily recycled or sensibly reused, i.e. value-preserving or even value-increasing? What role do other aspects such as interim storage play in assessing in what case reuse of construction materials does make sense and where not?
The installation of our office space was a first, practical implementation in this direction, built by our own hands with mostly reused materials. You can find corresponding pictures under

gallery. We are happy to support you with ideas, suggestions and project-specific assistance.
